Booking terms

Booking a Málaga CF matchday experience with Málaga Football Tours is a contract between you and us. Here's the whole deal, in plain English.

Deposit and balance

For fixtures more than 14 days away, we take a 20% deposit at booking to secure your places. The remaining balance is due 14 days before kick-off — we send a Stripe invoice by email. Once the balance falls due, the full amount becomes non-refundable (see refunds below). For fixtures inside 14 days, the full amount is charged at booking and is treated the same as the balance in the refund policy.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel and get a full refund of your deposit any time up to 14 days before kick-off. Inside the 14-day window, the deposit and any balance paid become non-refundable — this is because we've already bought your match tickets and reserved your spots. If you can't make the fixture after that point, contact us and we'll try to reallocate your tickets. If we can reallocate successfully, we'll refund you in full minus a 5% admin fee. If we can't reallocate, no refund is possible.

If Málaga CF reschedules or cancels the match

If Málaga CF changes the fixture date or kick-off time, we'll move your booking to the new date at no cost. If the new date doesn't work for you or the match is cancelled outright by the club, you get a full refund.

What your booking includes

Your booking covers everything advertised on the fixture page: pre-match tapas and drinks, your match ticket in the home sections with your group seated together, a Málaga CF scarf, post-match where the schedule allows, and a personalised WhatsApp matchday plan. No hidden extras on the day.

Changes to your booking

Need to change guest numbers, swap someone in, or move to another fixture? Message us on WhatsApp. Reasonable changes before the 14-day cutoff are free; changes inside that window depend on ticket availability for the new fixture.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only essential cookies plus Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how many visitors we get and which pages are useful. We don't use advertising cookies, we don't track you across other sites, and we don't sell any of the data. GA4 stores an anonymous visitor ID and basic device information (browser, country-level location, referrer). You can opt out by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or blocking cookies for this domain — the site still works fully.
